Taylor Swift on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert (April 13h 2021)
"I am so inspired by your passion for helping and caring for your patients," Taylor Swift wrote in the handwritten note to fan Britta Thomas
It's not every day that you get a letter "sent with love and hugs from the desk of Taylor Swift."
This week, Britta Thomason — a flight nurse and self-proclaimed Swiftie — received a special package at her work: a handwritten note and a box of special merchandise straight from Taylor Swift.
Sharing photos of the note and a video of herself opening the box on Facebook, Thomason expressed her excitement as she opened a package from her favorite artist.
"Dear Britta, I wanted to write to you and personally thank you for serving on the front lines of this pandemic and for being brave enough to put yourself in danger to help others," Swift wrote. "I am so inspired by yout passion for helping and caring for your patients and I was so touched that you mentioned liking my music recently!"
“Take the feeling you’re feeling…and just shake it off!”

TAYLOR SWIFT | The Late Show with Stephen Colbert
Going back to this music was a time warp for me, as I’m sure it is for you. While I had my head buried in the minutiae of this music, I saw old friends and forgotten spaces, heard distant voices and remembered old jokes. I had never been a part of the release of a record like this, and I was just starting to realize what a unique thing I was a part of. Thanks to Taylor who could have picked up the phone and had ANYONE play on this [Fearless (Taylor’s Version)], for trusting me with it. - Amos Heller
The music contained in [Fearless (Taylor’s Version)] exploded to all ends of the Earth and forever changed my life and many of my band mates’ who are also represented here. It was a rocket ride indeed. Getting to play these songs in the studio was like opening up a yearbook and fondly remembering the unbelievable times that were had during those couple years. Pure magic. I’m so thankful Taylor chose me to recreate that magic once again… Finally, thanks to the incomparable Taylor who continues to amaze me with her unbelievable talents after 14 years together. You’re the best. - Paul Sidoti
Taylor Swift on the fate of her back catalog

Fearless Tour: Outfits.
Paul Sidoti: When @taylorswift asked me to be a part of her re-record of “Fearless”, it brought back so many memories of what seemed like a lifetime ago. The music contained in this record exploded to all ends of the Earth and forever changed my life and many of my band mates’ who are also represented here. It was a rocket ride indeed. Getting to play these songs in the studio was like opening up a yearbook and fondly remembering the unbelievable times that were had during those couple years. Pure magic. I’m so thankful Taylor chose me to recreate that magic once again and to also do one of my favorite things which is play acoustic piano. Getting to play the ballad version of “Forever & Always” will go down as a personal highlight for me. Huge thanks to my band mates @mattbillingslea @maxephronbernstein @smalltown1 @amosjheller and @caitlinbird3651 and the team @rowediddy @skuncy @jonathanyudkin for their everything. Thanks to @davidfoster for the most humbling of props you have no idea what it means to this 15 yr old kid who learned to play piano listening to your records. Finally, thanks to the incomparable @taylorswift who continues to amaze me with her unbelievable talents after 14 years together. You’re the best. #grateful
It's a love story, baby just say "yes"...
did you know That’s When (Taylor’s Version) and August are in the same key and bpm? well here’s a quick mashup
Taylor Swift Fifteen (Taylor's Version) Lyric Video background
“The song You All Over Me is one that I wrote with a writer who goes by the name Scooter Carusoe. His name is Travis Hill. This was one of the songs where I remember us painstakingly going over the lyrics and trying to come up with all these different symbolic imagery references to how it could feel after you have your heart broken, just to feel like you’ve been ruined by the whole thing. And I think that’s one of the hardest things about heartbreak, is feeling like it’s damaged you and now you carry that damage with you. So, I was really proud of this song back then, I’m still proud of it now, and I think it actually makes more sense to have a 31-year-old person be singing it, so all’s well that ends well! And I was really excited because Maren Morris was gracious enough to sing back-up vocals on it, and she’s one of my favorite artists, so here it is!”
