Ruby ran her fingertips over the packets of snacks as she debated whether or not it would be wise to buy something. Being a groupie without family money or a high paying, stable job was difficult while on tour but it was worth it. Although Ruby had never spoken to Rocio she recognised her as a drummer from the tour and greeted her with a warm smile. “It was amazing, wasn’t it? Wolfsbane is always incredible to watch. Don’t you just love their vibe?”
Rocio plucked a pair of sunglasses off the shelf and pushed them up her nose absently looking at the golden haze everything took on as a result. She looked at the curly haired woman and tried to place her but nothing came to mind, so she ignored it and answered the woman’s question anyway.
“Not really my style, that synchro DJ club music,” she shrugged detachedly, “But they had the crowd going wild, pretty good performers for DJs, interesting,” she admitted wandered closer to the woman after putting the shades back. “You got a ride to Wyoming?”
