I don’t understand how people fall out of love. How could you lay in a bed with someone on stormy nights, comforted by their tight embrace & one day, not feel the warmth. How could you watch their nose crinkle countless times while letting out a laugh & one day, no longer want to join in on the punchline. How could you stroll down main street, tightly grasping their hand like a child, & one day, no longer need their interlocked guidance. How people fall out of love, I’ll never understand.
