Remember that mysterious hand seal that Tsunade was going to use against Madara’s Perfect Susanoo?

Apparently it was a Summoning Technique,

 She was going to summon Katsuyu in liquid form and have her Shapeshift into an Gigantic Size Avatar of Tsunade herself, and she can channel her power through Katsuyu easily. She was going to use Katsuyu to punch Madara’s Perfect Susanoo and break it.

The scary tongue is the Slug Radula, that eats chakra, The orginal Samehada.
