Next step for Fed Taper?

Next Wednesday the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC), with new chair Janet Yellen, will announce their interest rate decision and policy statement.  The bond market will be focusing on their decision on how much (if any) to adjust their rate of monthly Treasury and agency mortgage backed securities. They dropped it from $85 billion down to $75 billion at their last meeting. Please let us know what you think will happen next week. Will they taper further?

All Gift Funds, Fannie Mae purchase...

Why such a well kept secret?  Well not any more...Fannie Mae doe not require a minimum investment from a borrower in an owner occupied single unit purchase transaction.  

That means 95% LTV/CLTV owner occupied 1-unit purchase with all gift funds from an acceptable source?  100% correct.

Transcript requirement - Government Shutdown Update

The government shutdown has entered week number two.  As a result, TST Financial will make the following temporary changes to policy requiring IRS Transcripts for loan closing or purchase.  In lieu of transcripts we will require the following documentation. 

 Salaried and Wage Earner positions:

2011 and 2012 form W2

Current paystubs

A verbal VOE

Most recent two years tax returns signed by the applicant

Executed 4506T

 Self-Employed borrowers:

Most recent two years tax returns signed by the applicant and the preparer  

Tax Preparer affidavit attesting to the fact that the tax returns were the same returns filed with the IRS

Signed YTD P&L and Balance Sheet
