New Galges [Kakashi and Keima]
Oh, the stranger - ehem, Kakashi, had actually agreed. Or so it seemed, since he had stopped and introduced himself to Keima.
He didn’t think Kakashi would get just how much he needed those boxes - and the games inside. He had run out of games this morning when he had completed all the routes to the galges he had bought just yesterday, and his pile of unfinished games had finally been depleted. Working at Legacy was a pain, and college was in the way too, so he was glad he had finally finished them all up, but it also meant that there were no more to be played. So, he just had to do this.
“I need you to help me bring some boxes over from the post office to this store,” he replied calmly but with a demanding aura, pointing back at the video game store that he had just left. “Or else I’ll go through galge withdrawal tonight.”
Moving boxes, eh? Kakashi didn't mind; the task would be simple and easy to accomplish. He did, however, mind how he had been approached and the fact he felt as though he was being talked to as a subordinate. "Oi. You... I need you to..." The stranger's words-- the stranger, who had yet to introduce himself --caused him to take on a sharper gaze and a more serious tone. He wasn't one to be walked on, especially by someone as seemingly ungrateful as this person.
"It's rude to approach another person without introducing yourself first," he started, closing his book. "On top of that, you seem to feel entitled to someone helping you; whether or not you have withdrawals from not being able to simulate a relationship with an interactive anime character isn't my problem." He looked the other straight in the eyes with an unwavering stare. "You've yet to tell me your name and expect me to lift and carry boxes from the post office to the building you point to. Is that right?"
As harsh as the content of his words sounded, he wasn't mad. His tone didn't indicate that he was, nor did his gaze. He did look look unamused, his tone did sound firm, but that was as far as it went. What he said was more of a line drawn than anything; he still didn't mind helping this guy, so long as he was aware that Kakashi was helping him, not working below him.
