Unfortunately lost a fair bit of my gains over the past year due to illness but I’m still flabby… I kind of feel softer now my skin has stretched slightly. I hope to get up to my highest weight and beyond someday soon.
I Had a stomach ulcer that developed into continuing IBS like symptoms and reflux. For months I was struggling to eat more than one meal a day. I’m a fair bit better now though. While not 100% back to my old self.
I’m currently experimenting with ways to increase my calories without aggravating or setting off nausea and other symptoms… small calorie dence with extra fibre.
Surly I’m not the only one in the community that has had this experience with gaining and digestion issues. If y’all have any insight or ideas that could help me gain while keeping my stomach settled or even just encouragement it wouldn’t go unappreciated!
