do you think malik would've ever heard a call to prayer down in the tombs? i mean if they're within walking distance of a fairly large settlement, it's possible he might have heard it echoing, especially in that one part of the tomb that's open to the sky (unless that's anime only).

please, please, please more drawings of marik and muslim/arabic/egyptian culture! mmmh maybe something during ramazan, where everyone is sunk in their prayers and spiritual 'regeneration' and where at night you can hear laughter of people with their families enjoying their meals?
