Ula was on the shore of the shadow isle, having adopted her human form but with longer hair than usual, her skin was pale and her crown was tucked neatly under most her hair, but visible curling over her forehead in to the deep black gem on the center of her forehead. Her clothing was a black dress that was above her knees in the front and behind her calfs on the back, a slanted cut off, revealing she was bare foot.
She picked up a pure black oyster shell looking it over and using the ocean water she summoned it up in to a small dagger and pried pen the shell before discarding it with a growl. “Nothing worthwhile.”
As Vergil had explored the realms and the portals that Yamato had opened for him, he had been drawn to one in particular due to the extreme malicious magical energy here. Vergil had emerged into something that looked almost like a nightmare, but he had pressed on unafraid. He finally emerged on a sinister looking beach and looked out onto it, noting the first sign of any sort of life. A young woman was on the beach, seemingly summoning water at her command. Vergil moved closer but stayed watching for now, wondering what she was.
She sensed someone, or something was watching her. She turned her toes digging in to the dark sand, she tilted her head at him. Studying him with an uncaring glare. “You’re trespassing.” she told him, looking to the ocean and then towards the forest he’d just been walking through before placing her hands on her hips. “It seems the isles has accepted you, which means you’re no human.” She kept her stance like this, it was his move now.
Vergil tilted his head, impressed that she noticed him so quickly, before suddenly teleporting close to her. He faced her down quietly for a moment, “Yeah you’re intuitive about that, I’m not a human, but I wonder what exactly you are.” He studied her quietly, she didn’t seem exactly like a demon even if there was a great dark power welling inside of her.
She didn’t react to him teleporting closer however she did step back from him with a roll of her eyes. “Firstly, personal space...” she walked towards the ocean dipping her bare feet in it. “As for what I am, I’m one of a kind. The last of my kind to survive.” She wasn’t going to mention that was because any hatchlings she found she crushed before they could take her place. She kicked at the water before it wrapped around her ankles. She smiled to him, “I’m called a siren by most around here but as none others of my kind exist what I am is a mystery. What I do know, is that the ocean is mine to command and if you mean me any harm.” She turned to face him the ocean rising behind her forming a huge wave but not crashing down just menacingly staying behind her. “I won’t hesitate to harm you.”
