2 Great offices available for rent in Huron Village, Cambridge. These bright, comfortable offices are on the second floor of a shared studio space - Huville Makerspace. Join a group of creative and marketing professionals and take advantage of shared costs & group interaction, but with all the benefits of a private office.

Currently, the second floor of Huville Makerspace has a shared photo / AV studio, a kitchen and bath - and the offered 2 private offices. Both offices have closets, windows, and one has a door to the back deck and stairs. The office without the exterior door is slightly larger than the other.

The ideal tenants would work in the creative, marketing, or entrepreneurial professions. We all collaborate and gather for brainstorming and inspiration. We host internal pitches, beer-inspired jaw-sessions and a great Holiday party!

Office 2A (smaller, 1 person office with closet and exterior door) / $430/month

Office 2B (larger, 2 person office with 2 windows Air Conditioner) / $645/month

The first floor of Huville is currently fully committed, but the conference room, storage, and other shared assets could be made available if needed.
