Ref sheet of my Horizon Walker/Necromancer Lucerne!

A charming man with few memories of his past before waking up in the Astral Sea. After wandering for centuries, talking to death, and annoying old wizards in a tower, he joined up with the Horizon Walkers as an agent.

Now this necromancer must earn back his necrotic magic, after throwing too hard of a rager in the sanctum and raising too many undead while hammered.
