I've been considering for awhile now launching a patreon but wanted first to gauge interest!
💐The main tier would be free and be WIP updates and process breakdowns of previous artworks including historical research & inspiration, references etc. I don't like the idea of paywalling resources which is why this would always be free, especially with the proliferation of AI slop in place of actual historical resources on places like Pinterest etc.
Basically a newsletter, I might also do posts about other media or anything adjacent to my practice.
💐At the moment I only would aim for a paid tier (£3) which would include the previous + potentially also: - sketchbook pages - high res downloads of illustrations - free releases of linework from past illustrations to use as colouring pages - discount codes for my etsy - artwork polls for what I work on next
💐Potentially in the future a tier with a physical gift as well, although it wouldn't be monthly, perhaps quarterly or every other month and only small like stickers, postcards or bookmarks. (I'm disabled so have to keep what it feasible with energy & other work etc)
Anyway, I would really appreciate your votes so I know if setting this up would be a waste of time and energy or not lol.
