What else am I to add here when I think the drawing says plenty enough? Whatever the three's upbringing may be, it doesn't change the fact that their parents have their skeletons in their closets (let's not focus on who has it worse), and I think I can confidently say that neither of those wants their kiddos to be like them, or go through what they had to go through.

Takeda may have had a little trauma since childhood (not confirmed), but I think he turned out all right, like the other two, to be on the spectrum of a "sweet soul" in this world that is Mortal Kombat.

Additionally: ofc this is slightly shaped/crafted canon. We like having fun and making up things here.

Uhh I don't even know where to start because there is a lot I want to say.. Like I own a lot to say to the few of my close friends that (I hope) are still around 😅

I mean, this IS very overdue and I REALLY apologise for the absence. Especially to online friends.

I'm just.. burned out. I rarely create anything, and I rarely enjoy it. I fell out from social interaction on the internet since I began to deal with some private stuff.

I scroll to see what's new, yes, but I guess it's that time of year where I began to.. dissociate. From people. I dunno, my brain is just odd that way. Maybe it's seasonal depression or something like that. It's just one shit show after another over where I am at and while I kinda DO like my job it's also draining me to the point I just wanna lay with my cat on my lap and watch anything HBO has to offer on weekend.

So. Not much of a good explanation I guess, but it's as much as I'm comfortable sharing here and to anyone.

Anyway, I am on hiatus. A net hiatus, I guess. Touching grass is important.

And I have taken liking to write down on paper five words a day to any of my unfinished fic or a one-shot. Guys, it works like a miracle I swear 😱

I miss my friends. Dearly. Immensely. and the fun we all used to be having when interacting.

I'm just too drained to even make everyone known if I'm alive or not - and it's so stupid! I hate it. I hate my brain for it and I am hella trying to fight it.

But, anyway, I HOPE i will get back here and on whatever other socials I have and be there more regulary.

I guess I got some things in the making, slowly developing, but steadily at my own comfortable pace.

OVERALL thankies that you asked, bestie!!!

This one is a very interesting one lol because for my one only solid ship (so far) I rather symbolize them with Autumn in general, not just because of the colours but also because it's that renewal time of year when everything dies to start anew. Then Nejteri represents a tiger [tho the younger version of her represents a mockingbird] and Shao represents a bull, just because it's mostly fitting for them (and also cuz of the Animalities I was unhappy with lol).

But if I am to pick an animal that represents them BOTH, it might be something between an elephant (symbolize:: memory/family/strength) and a wolf (symbolize:: fidelity/family/grief). But a dove (symbolize:: peace/love/loss) is high up on that list, too!

BUT I would go break a leg and say that it's an elephant for them 🐘

And yes, I know I am talking about Shao here, and in canon he's a real piece of work. But he and Nejteri have a very, very complex friendship/relationship..
