Life is full of demands and expectations. Having that taken away from you by a loving, caring owner can be very, very liberating. And what is it with feet? Ah, well - the soles are a window to the soul. Tease and tickle, torture and torment - a skilled owner can use the feet of the slave to grant pleasure or pain, to care or to crush.

Property

It is a surprisingly intense feeling when someone else controls your feet.

Humans 'go the extra mile'. Humans 'make a stand' or 'stand up to be counted'. Humans run, sprint, walk stroll.

I don't I have to ask for the use of my feet. I have to wait for my feet to be unlocked for me to use them.

I don't just get up. I am gotten up.

I am property.

Comfort

Yes. Yes, it is comfortable. We found that ankle cuffs either must sit quite firm and tight so that they cannot move, chaff and bruise - or they should sit really lose. These ones are marvelous for keeping me bound at home.

There is virtually no restriction - only - of course there is. My feet are locked. Like a tool in a shed, like an item in a locked drawer ... my feet get unlocked when they need to be used. Humans get up, humans walk here, there, everywhere. I have to wait to be gotten up. Walking to me is a privilege.

But - yes, it is comfortable. I am free from decision, free from making up my mind, from rushing or running.

I am owned.

Put in my place.

To be 'put in your place' ... now, that sounds harsh, sound quite literally like a put down.

To me it isn't. Having a place to be. Knowing my place. That is actually quite safe and reassuring.

If done in public - ok, there comes a quirky, tummy-tickling element of humiliation to it but then who is to judge my life for me?!

Grounded

Grounded ... funny word. It has of course negative connotations: it evokes ideas about punishment and control. Being grounded for doing something wrong. Being grounded for being naughty.

But grounded ... that is also being one with the world. Grounded is knowing your place in the world, feeling at easy with it, being ok with it.

I love being grounded.

Never tried that but ... know what - I can see how it actually might be quite liberating to be (forcefully) less driven by urge and desire. I wonder if being caged would slowly but surely lead to more content life?

For a human being getting up in the morning is such a mundane act. Yes, it might be hard to leave the warm bed for the cold chores of the day. You might not want to. The alarm might annoy you but as a human you never question the actual act of getting out of bed.

I am property. And bedtime lets me feel that very, very intensely. I don't get up in the morning. I am gotten up by my owner. In the evening I don't go to bed. I am led to bed and chained. My last waking feeling before drifting to sleep is the gentle but firm grip of my shackles. The first waking feeling in the morning is my chain securing my feet.

Last feeling in the evening, first feeling in the morning - I am a slave. I am property.

Ich kann nachempfinden, was das an Emotionen auslöst, seitdem ich regelmäßig auch mit dem Teppichklopfer verdroschen werde. Die Schmerzen mag ich überhaupt nicht, aber durch die Schmerzen hindurch komme ich zu dem himmlischen Gefühl der Erleichterung, Hilfe in meinen alltäglichen Problemen und Mishaps bekommen zu haben.

Schmerz heilt. Ich einer Welt wo 'mehr', 'groesser', 'reicher' einem ein staendiges Wollen bescheren ... da hilft Schmerz Gleichgewicht zu finden.

Schmerz erlaubt mir mich auf mich selbst zu besinnen. Und wenn ich nicht will ... wenn Leben und Wollen mich ablenken ... and zwingt Schmerz mich mich auf mich selbst zu besinnen.

Loslassen.

Und - ja, Erleichterung.

Whole books have been written about body language. More books have been written about posture.

What do I communicate? How do I come across? Is my posture confident? Do I seem nice to you, kind, open ... ?

Being tied up relieves me from all this. I don't have to 'display' myself. I don't need to 'come across'. I am allowed to just be.

Two simple silicone wrist bands do a marvelous job in further restricting my ability (and my will) to walk. With every step pain shooting through my feet, I feel intensely that walking upright is a privilege.

Kneeling down in the bathroom, hands tied behind my back, being taken by the chin, opening my mouth to have my teeth brushed, that is pure love and care.

And pain to let go of unhealthy thoughts, of toxic feelings - yes, that is also pure love and care.

Longterm Bondage ...

needs quite good care and compassion. Having my feet firmly locked for a day or a weekend, a long weekend even - that needs a lot of careful assessment, checks and responsibility from my owner.

Trousers? No trousers? Wearing trousers I need something that works in keeping me warm around the house as well as serves as pajama pants. After all - there is no unlocking my feet for days.

Padding is vitally important. Solid steel on soft skin - that does not work for days on end.

Getting around on hands and knees works well but a plan B where I am using crutches to get about - that helps to keep me mobile(ish).

Longterm bondage is intense. Having my feet bolted together, knowing that it will be days before my shackles come off ... days in and being on the floor feels natural. Humans stand. Humans walk. My place is on the floor.

Not knowing when I will be unbolted - there comes a point when I stop waiting, stop counting hours and days. Creeping comes natural. Needing permission to stand, needing crutches to stand ... I am a slave. My place is on the floor.

Free from responsibility. Free from my own wish, will, whim and want. Free.

Let go !

There is magic in torture bindings.

My hands are tied. I cannot untie my foot. Two hours in and the pain is crushing me. My foot is a cramped lump of flesh, bone and sinew.

I am gagged. I cannot beg for mercy or demand release. I cry.

The magic is that my owner is not torturing me. I am tortured by five silicone bands. My owner is holding me, is praising me, caressing, cuddling and comforting.

"Let it go! Don't try to resist! Let the pain crush you!"

I cry. I wet myself. My owner gently holds me.

"Let the pain flush you out: anxiety and fear, worry and sorrow ... allow the pain to sweep everything before you, leaving you empty and content."

I cry. I let go.

How do I look? How to I come across? Is my posture good? Convincing? Do I look right? Shake hands or just a kind nod?

There are a hundred gestures and postures expected in human conversation and exchange. Always worth checking if you come across confident or bragging? Polite or demure?

As a slave, as a thing, I am free from these pressures. My posture is sorted out for me by my owner.

I do not shake hands for my arms are packed away.

I do not stride out because my feet are secured.

I don't need to greet because I am gagged.

I am free from human pressures and expectations. I am owned.

It is amazingly liberating. You cannot run a 'rat race' barefoot in shackles and chain.

My binds let me feel that I am excluded from the worries, the anxiety and the stress of 'running'. my life takes place in the slow lane.
