Low-key obsessed with the Irish/Welsh cover of Blinding Lights.
Doodling to take my mind off anxiety.

Part of the reason why I like going to the edge of the ocean is because, as cheesy as it sounds, it’s the closest I can be to you on the other side.
“Somewhere beyond the sea
Somewhere waiting for me
My lover stands on golden sands
And watches the ships that go sailing
Somewhere beyond the sea
She's there watching for me
If I could fly like birds on high
Then straight to her arms I'd go sailing”
- Bobby Darin, “Beyond the Sea”
I finally gave this film a go. Holy moly..
Haven’t drawn in nearly a month
Catching up
These Eggs Are Getting More Coddling Than Me Recipe: couple cloves of garlic and knob of ginger minced like your heart when he left. Olive Oil up that forgotten frypan on a med-hi. Heck, add that tablespoon of fancy butter, you deserve it. When it becomes fragrant to the point you can almost feel something, toss in that box of mushrooms, pre-sliced because you can muster up only so much care to do it yourself. Kale. Lots of kale, because like love, that stuff’s gonna shrivel down with time. Wilted to almost nothing? Good. A cup and a half of chicken broth to stop everything from turning into a stinky burnt mess like the time you didn’t get out of bed the first few weeks in Singletown. Crack the number eggs representing the months it’s been since the split. Hit it with a dash of red pepper flakes because you’re a spicy gal, cover. Charge the heat down to a simmer and let those eggs coddle, at least some of us gets to this Valentines. Now nourish yourself you bad ass bitch. It’s frekkin delicious and nutritious and you’re gonna be okay someday.
Dubstep is thumping through the walls as I type. Do these guys even work?
