#original comic #the song is definitely unfair to asma who is getting a rare straight man role in these #but celina doesn't feature on the blog so much so it seemed kind to feature a song she'd actually like #it's definitely not until the boy starts crying that asma realizes her daughter is talking about *that* big house #with the power of being very very sorry celina convinced her mom to let him come play again #digital lettering is definitely faster and easier than hand lettering but i do prefer the look of the latter for coherence reasons

#original comic #josh is listening to space oddity in the middle image. he's not very good at being a goth #but it is still helpful in several ways #celina forgave him for giving up on it. eventually #josh spent his years bursting into puberty grieving and also hanging out with essentially just two people his own age #which no doubt did normal things to him only #off-screen thomas is having his own arc reckoning with the fact that his 12 year old sister somehow has acquired a live-in boyfriend #before he even had his first kiss #sometimes the nature of a bonus comic is as such that you have to come up with increasingly more lame sounding excuses to not play the sims #which apparently has a genetic scrambler feature nowadays. who knew?
