Last semester of college- Student Teaching

It is here! Last semester of college. Today was my first day student teaching and it was exciting and extremely boring. This week is finals week, thus not much to do. I'm spending the week trying to prepare, learning the school, and hopefully learning names! One week from today I'll be taking over my first class :) eek!

My therapist: Look at nature. Look at flowers. We never walk into our garden and say "Oh wouldn't that flower be so much more pretty if it were taller? Or red instead of pink?" No, we don't. Because nature was created perfect just as it is. And so are we. We are part of nature, we are how we're meant to be, we are perfect just as we are.

3 Weeks!

Until winter break! I'm super excited. This semester has been wicked busy. The next 3 weeks will be tough but the outcome will be awesome. Skiing!!! Awww yeahhh

It's weird that next semester is my last semester of college. I'm excited for student teaching, but over break I have to start applying to schools out in Washington/Oregon area. It's weird that a year from now I'll be about halfway through my first year teaching....

I can't wait to move out west and get started. It's gonna be super fun. New hiking trips, camping trips ski trips. All kinds of new adventures!

First time playing the game in my life! All my friends have played it and they all gave it high reviews.

That's nuts! Ocarina of time is a pretty sweet game. I highly recommend playing skyward sword on the wii. It's sooo good! That was my first Zelda game and I played it last year. Now I'm an addict hah

Pumpkinfest '13! It was probably my favorite one yet. Andrew's sister and her boyfriend came up. We also met up with some friends from back home and enjoyed the day. Checked out all the pumpkins during the day, ate candy, played mario cart, went out for dinner, saw them lit up, and went out for a little! Oh and we broke the world record!! I helped contribute two pumpkins to the record thank you very much! I'm gonna count that as a record to cross off the bucket list!
