Something oddly fascinating and cool about this

Super Bowl Ads
Even if you're not a fan on the Super Bowl (I am for my sins), you'll need to have your head buried pretty deep in the sand to avoid the hype and excitement around the half-time ads. With social channels and the internet, these premium placement ads are now even bigger business than before. For my money it's driven some incredibly creative and innovative ads over the last few years - and some down right just awesome ads. My favourite that's been put out there so far is the Jaguar ad. It plays with some stereotypes, features great actors and has a shiny car - the fact I'm British plays no part...honest. Check it out; http://youtu.be/2Bls1KKDwmo
I don't know who did this so can't share the source, but it's true!
Looks awesome!
Making an Arc Reactor
Amazing....
Has a distinct Dark Knight vibe to it (Yes I'm aware of Nolan's involvement), feels a lot grittier than the previous more colorful movies. Helped I'm sure by the moody lighting and treatments on the film.
Excited!
Reboot - A short film,
Self described as "a cyberpunk short film set within a contemporary world where conflicts arise from the rapid convergence between humanity and technology."
In short it's not a wholly original story but the presentation, polish and acting seen throughout the movie is outstanding and should really help to shift people away from the stigma that independent movies so often seem to get stuck with. The opening shots alone, with it's time-lapse view of LA providing a glossy, stylized set-up for the film.
The story feels slightly underdeveloped in the brief 40 minute snap shot that we get but shows a huge amount of potential for a story that could be explored and expanded on to a much deeper level with an interesting exploration of the social internet.
Reboot does a decent job of dropping you straight into the action, and the pacing is solid throughout. The cast all stand-up well, with Stat (Emily Somers) presenting a strong, identifiable lead from the get-go.
It's well worth checking out, with the cast and crew very much deserving your $5 so fork it out and support a talented crew, solid direction and pretty reasonable writing.
The trailer's posted above but you can download the whole movie (approx 40 minutes) direct from the production companies website for a bargain $4.99.
A sensible day to note of, up there with April Fool's Day, Valentines Day, Christmas Day take heed of its warnings.
Dr.Who's back!!!!
