Ride the Change original soundtrack
I recorded the drums for two songs on the soundtrack of a short film called ‘Ride The Change’. As well as a track called ‘Elsewhere’, I played drums for the track ‘Atlas’, which you can listen to by following the link above.
The film charts the bike journey through South America taken by Guido Briocchi. Information about his journey can be found here: http://ridethechange.com/2017/05/10/ecuador-quito-09-05/
The film’s soundtrack was written by Raffaella Destefano, an Italian singer famous for her work with Madreblu, and was co-written/produced by Pola Sand (www.polasand.com)
The songs were co-produced and mastered by Mauro Abbattiello at Studio Artists Hidden in Milan (www.artistinascosti.it)

As Tall As Lions' self-titled sophomore album (2006) is one of my favourite albums of all time and, I would argue, one of the most underrated. However, they are not well known at all in the UK.
ATAL’s drummer, Cliff Sarcona, was another massive influence on my playing. I love the creativity and groove of his parts, as well as his power when he plays live. So, I thought I'd post this cover of one of my favourite ATAL tracks, in part as an acknowledgement of the influence Cliff has had on my own drumming, but also in the hope that it may prompt a few more people to listen to this truly amazing band.
