The Master and Margarita is a reverse fairytale love story where two weirdo strangers fall in love, and it's the woman who has to go through the trials, it's the woman who has to prove herself, it's the woman who has to make a deal with the Devil and it's she who wins at the end.
The Master and Margarita is a satire about the 1930s USSR and satelite states, where buerocracy makes no sense, everybody is suspicious, people get taken away for no reason, the government that rewrites history and religion, just highlighting the absurdity of it all.
The Master and Margarita is about Yeshua (Jesus) and Pilates, how Yeshua got arrested not for his religious beliefs but for being anti authoritian, how he believes there's good in all people, how his teachings got twisted by somebody who doesn't understand him, and how the only person who actually understands him is the one who has to condemn him to death.
The Master and Margarita is a painful self portait about being an artist, how dictatorships kill art and artists, how you can fall from grace for having the wrong kind of thoughts and saying the wrong kind of things, how that can fundamentally break you, in ways you will never recover from.
The Master and Margarita is about Satan and his gang of weirdos throwing a sick ass ball in Moscow for sinners, criminals and bad people, while also causing trouble and fucking with the authorities.
But above all, The Master and Margarita is a story about how manuscripts don't burn, how everything you write has value.
There’s something so absurdly funny about Kevin and Jacob jumping around in a circle while a solemn Axel strolls past playing the fiddle, all dressed in suits like serious men at work. It makes me laugh every time, it’s so ridiculous.
This is my life now. They have taken over and make my heart so happy. 12 points from Finland.
They are wholesome in the best possible way. Like a happy place you can go to whenever you need it.

goosebumps as a concept are so funny ur brain is like "oh no we're threatened! quick! make us look bigger!" and your skin, that absolutely does not have the ability to do that, is like "absolutely. right away boss"

People complain about people using their phones on the subway but the only difference between me and a passenger from 1925 is that I'm using a cell phone to read my Wodehouse stories rather than lugging a book
