Every year, in January, the Tokyo International Lolita community organises a Man Meat Meet, when we dress up in boy style/ouji and eat meat. Since I never wear boy style, I thrifted a pair of pants for ¥200 and used my usual wardrobe for the rest of the outfit. People at the meetup didn’t even recognized me when I arrived.😂 I went with a newspaper boy/Gavroche/Oliver Twist look. (I took 30 pictures to find the best way to hide my hips, oops)

This is a tribute piece for Shimanami Tasogare, a very very good LGBTQ+ manga that recently got licensed!!! This story means a LOT to me and I’m so glad that it’ll soon be introduced to a ton of new people. If anyone’s looking for a manga about the LGBTQ+ community and queers from multiple generations supporting each other (and a story written by a trans and ace author!!) PLEASE check this one out!!!
