However I’d like to be asked first - especially in regards to reposting - since it helps me avoid sending DMCAs to people

In regards to AI and NFTs; I will never give permission for my art to be used for these. Due to the recent Tumblr update; I would like to state that, even before the AI update, I made it clear that I did not - and still don’t - consent to my content being used for AI purposes

I would also like to mention that, in my country, my content is automatically protected by copyright laws. Though I do not own the franchises the fanart I produce for, I do own the rights to art I personally created

All of my art is heavily watermarked as well as put through programs to offer protection from generative AI training

Content present:

My content is a mixture of original works (original characters, original worlds, etc) as well as fanart. You may see AUs, my own versions of franchises, next gen designs, and more!!

I will also create content for personal reasons such as venting

Content present in my art may be triggering or make others uncomfortable. Please note that, though this appears here, I am not condoning subjects such as abuse. Depiction=/=condoning. All triggering content shall be tagged in the following format: ‘#[TW]’ and ‘#[TW] /’

New Morning

Since my health is better, decided to finish an oldish wip of Shiro from Deadman Wonderland!! ㅤ I have a lot of art wips in my folders to finish so I'm planning to finish as many of those that I can while also working on new art. Because of health, I haven't been drawing a lot unfortunately (constant pain really takes a lot of energy out of you) but!! I do have a lot planned and there's a lot of art I haven't posted here - but is on my toyhouse and deviantart page still - so I will be uploading more stuff soon!!

I'm also hopefully getting medication soon which, if things go well, should stop the constant pain. That means I should be able to draw more often instead of waiting for my body to give me a single moment of rest :-3c

I should also mention:

Toyhouse has art and descriptions of original characters and sonas (please keep character and profile warnings in mind when viewing!!) however there's no fanart on there (unless it features an OC) so everything is just my own creations in their own little worlds

Deviantart is where most of the fanart I've created over the years is featured. That site also contains some art of OCs (both my own and those that belong to friends) however Toyhouse is currently the main source for those!!

I do plan on eventually catching this blog up with all of the art on the other two sites. It's... just going to take time since I have a lot of art + am trying to make sure my stuff is protected from people trying to use it for stuff like AI. Which, as another reminder, I do not consent to my art/stories/characters being used for AI purposes

Please Help Me Feed My Children in Gaza – We Are Starving

Dear kind soul,

I never thought I would have to write a message like this. I am a father of five children, living in Gaza — and we are starving.

We have no food. No clean water. No safety. My children cry from hunger every day, and as their father, my heart breaks because I cannot feed them. I have injuries from Israeli airstrikes, and my health is getting worse, but the worst pain I feel is watching my children suffer without being able to help them.

This is not a famine. This is forced starvation. We are being deprived of food and aid. We are dying slowly, silently.

Please, I am begging you — if you can donate anything, even the smallest amount, it can mean a meal for my children. If you cannot donate, please share my plea with others. Your voice could reach someone who can help.

Your compassion can save lives. Your help could mean that tonight, my children go to bed with something in their stomachs.

Been seeing a lot of people online forgetting (or ignoring) that Sam Manson is canonly Jewish despite the show confirming this in episodes such as The Fright Before Christmas (Sam and her family celebrate Hanukkah), Control Freaks (her grandmother's nickname for her is Yiddish), as well as Life Lessons ('Lilith' is the name of a demon in Jewish mythology)

Since I just saw this warning in the tags of one fandom I'm in, I'm going to quickly provide a reminder here:

Sending random strangers online messages containing graphically sexual stuff when said stranger has not requested for such things is gross. Sending these things in especially when you know that:

The person does not wish to engage with sexual content for any reason (e.g. they're a minor, they have trauma)

It's sexual content of a ship that they have mentioned many times that they don't support/that they hate

Is equally as gross to do!!

If I end up getting messages from anyone doing this on this account or any of my other accounts, I will be blocking you. I will not be tolerating people doing anything like this nor will I be giving any of the asks attention

Quick little reminder + explanation:

If you want to use my fanart for account purposes (as your icon, blog banner, etc) as long as you both ask me permission first and credit me for the art!!

This goes for fan dubs of comics too. Please ask for permission first!!

In regards to works that feature original characters, I'd rather the art of the original character not be used for stuff like icons unless the art is of your own character. I have a lot of OCs for a range of fandoms and from personal creations; I will draw my OCs here and there

For those who might be questioning drawing me art:

I'm fully okay with people drawing art for me!! You don't need to ask permission first if you want to draw art for me

Just note that I do have some rules about what I allow. Those can be found on my Toyhouse!! It's mostly stuff like 'please don't be creepy with the OCs who are children'
