TO ALL BANJO GYRO PEEPS!
I recently contacted Gradytrain with a few questions involving Duelin' Firemen (The Game he Directed) and Banjo Gyro.
I can officially confirm that it was made with 3D Studio, Poser, and After Effects in 1999.
I can also, unfortunately confirm that he doesn't have anything from it anymore (3D assets, Animation files, etc.) however, he also said some things are possibly on "Buried on decaying CD-Roms" in his storage.

THE PANSIES - FEEL EASY
Hello everyone! Today's blog post is about a Brit-Pop album from Finland, called "Feel Easy" by "The Pansies"
Very strong opening track, gets you up and dancing, great instrumentation, would've been a radio classic if it had played often.
Mia Keurulainen has a very charming voice, with Sam Shingler's backing vocals, it all really comes together to make a very whimsical sound
Marko Haikonen's bass, alongside Tommi Lehtonen's drums, honestly work really well.
The album is great, with some faster, happier sounding songs like Barely There (previously mentioned opening track) while also keeping a balance of slower or calmer songs, such as Idle Life.
I give the album an 8 outta 10, and you can listen to it with the link below!

La Musique Populaire - Aunt Canada
Today's post (the first post on the blog) is about a band I will honestly love forever, La Musique Populaire, AKA LMP.
LMP is a duo, previously an Octet, consisting of lead members Ryan Bassler and Eric Haugen, who are the remaining members, but there were also members Andrew Bawden, Doug Calhoun, Nora Monti, Steve Ohlhaber, and Lauren Schweitzwe.
They recorded their first album, called "Aunt Canada" as an Octet, but had many guests on the album, including (but not limited to)
Brian Runk, Sheriff Derek, Amy Vogt, Greg Wood, Scott Zeller, and Jim Harper.
The album sounds similar to that of an early They Might Be Giants album, with songs such as "Chardonnay" "Beautiful Noise" and "It's Linda Lavin" really bringing out that energy, while songs like their cover of "Church is finally over" or dark cabaret track "Omar The Human Rake" don't really.
The Album is 14 tracks long, and is definately worth the time if you want to listen through it.
