local lizard hits huge nerd with football | ĘÉŞÉ´á´á´á´
ă X ăâ { Old habits die hard.
Especially when said person had no intention of letting said habit die in the first place. After all, heâd dedicated his entire high school career up until now and then some on succeeding and getting better, thereâs no way heâd let himself slack off just because he was on some hot as hell tropical island. Even though it did remind him ofÂ
Heâd found in the market and had given the decision no thought. Without one in his possession, it felt odd and unnatural, leading him to toss it up and down as he walked down the paths with no set destination in mind. Itâs a comfort, the leather and seams beneath his fingers feeling natural.
Rui canât possibly be satisfied with just this, though, and his arm needs as much practice as he can get around here. His target is two palm trees, a few feet apart from each other, the closest to a goal post heâs ging to get. The quarterback draws up his arm, pauses to gauge, and throws.
âŚOnly for some poor bastard to decide to stroll by at that moment and promptly receive a well launched football to the head. Houston, we have landing. }
Shit.
ă X ăâ { Ok, it wasnât like he meant to do it, so you couldnât fault him completely. Guy just had really bad timing. Rui scratches at his head before shoving his hands deep in his pockets, making his way towards the unfortunate victim of his passing arm. }
Kah, you have some damn bad luck, donât you? Try paying attention next time!
Hot as hell climate? Check. Ugly ass palm tree shaped capsule machine on the beach? Check. Inhabitants that looked more like character tropes than actual high schoolers? Check. Everything was here, everything was familiar and it just made Hinata livid and kinda scared actually to be back on Hellmurder Jabberwock Island.
Okay okay maybe this wont be like last time. Maybe this was the real Jabberwock Island and he was on vacation how fun would that be wouldn't that be fun hahahahaha.
Who was he kidding, this trip could only lead to more murder and more destruction than the last trip,couldn't it? Especially with so many people he didn't know around. Why was he here anyway? He didn't remember. He remembered his talent though, however. Good old talent of absolutely nothing.
Maybe going for a walk will help him figure out what to do with his situation. A little fresh air to help him clear his mind. Yeah, that sounded good he figured, walking down to the beach.
THWACK!
Well a football to the temple was surely a way to clear his mind. All he could think about was how much his head was throbbing and about how he was now laying on his side in the sand. Looking up,he happened to catch a glimpse of a lizard in a school uniform coat, telling him to be more careful. Wait a second that was a dude holy shit.
"S-sorry. I wasn't expecting anyone to be, you know, playing catch with themselves on the beach."
