DIY Tin Light
Definitely would want to finish this off with my own personal paint job. Maybe even spray paint it before getting started.

DIY Elmers Glue Tie Dye
Use elmers glue to write on a shirt or make designs and then tie dye it. Use just a solid color or mix it up. You could do this on an old shirt that needs help. I personally would love to make an ombre shirt like this!
Click here for a tutorial on how to dip die a shirt ombre style.
Thanks u-createcrafts.com for the inspiration!
A whole new type of watercolor! Take normal colored pencils and blend them after coloring with rubbing alcohol on a q-tip! You will probably still see the texture but it could really help enhance ombre schemes.
Thanks emptyeasel.com for the idea!
Tip of the Day - Owl Magnets
When you finish making the owl and the clay has dried paint it however you like. Then attach a magnet to the back for the perfect fridge magnet.
or
Hollow out the back before it dries and add a weight to create a paper weight. If you want to hide the weight just smooth some clay over it before it dries and use water to hide seams.

I love the clutch idea, it seems easy and doesn't require a lot of materials. I have a quick question is there a way to make wristlet?
Hi, Zen-Zoology! There is a very easy way to make a wristlet. If you're looking for an edgy look, go ahead and get some leather fabric. You'll need to go also get clippers/zippers, and glue. The easy part about this is that all you have to do is glue the studs on. and glue the clippers/zippers to wear them on your wrist. Make sure to cut the fabric to a size you'd like. You can always use different fabrics, and different materials such as rhinestones and pearls. -Stella (PT)
Rhinestone your heels
This is an easy way to give your heels that extra spark. You will need glue, pliers, rhinestones and tweezers. You easily glue the rhinestones to the design of your preference. The good thing about this, you don't have rhinestones, you can use other materials such as lace to give your heels an extra edge. In addition, you can apply to this to any type of shoes such as flats and sneakers. Giving your shoes a different look could be exactly what your closet needs while saving money too.

Fancy Shoes
As prom approaches, we all are searching for the perfect dress, purse, and most importantly: shoes. Shoes are pivotal for the entire outfit, right below the actual dress. (Or before it depending on how you view it.) However, you don't have to spend a fortune on expensive shoes that you only wear for the first 30 minutes of the actual dance. (Unless you're completely insane and can actually withstand that torture.) So, here is a solution: make your own! Now, you're probably wondering, make my own shoes? For prom? Yes. It's actually pretty cool. Here is what you do.
1. Buy a basic shoe in a neutral color (gray, black, or white). No ornaments or decoration. It can be heels or flats, which ever.
2. Buy jewels matching the color of your dress. Also, have a hot glue gun ready.
3. Design the pattern you want on your shoes.
4. Align the jewels in the way you designed it on the actual shoe.
5. Glue them down. Allow to dry.
6. Voila! You have your new prom shoes!
Now, you don't have to use just jewels or jewels at all. You can buy other things like beads or small decorations. This idea is just a fun way to personalize your outfit while looking great and not spending a ton of money! Enjoy!

Experimenting with a new type of social media is quite difficult, especially if you are not used to the type of set up they use. Most sites are based off of something like Facebook. Though Facebook used their site off of something. With updates and changes to social media, websites hone this knew knowledge to make social media more interesting and easy to use. Tumblr is a great place because there is such a variety of things that can be found here. It ranges from fandoms, to groups like ours. It is expansive and it would take millennias to see every single post made by everyone. Tags and the original blogs help to disperse this and allow it to be organized. Though when on Tumblr for the first time, it's a bit confusing how to even start. My best advice is to start following people with similar interests, so if you happen to start a blog of your own, start following people right away. Make your blog look interesting, and post some of your own stuff. If you post something that is interesting or cool, and tagging it respectively, then you'll get a lot of followers yourself that want to see your stuff. Tumblr is something that you must watch and observe constantly or you'll lose followers and not have much traffic coming into your dash. What's also great is that when you're tired of having certain things on your dash, you can expand from that too, by unfollowing people and following people you want to follow now! It's all anonymous, and literally have a different life on Tumblr than you do in real life. Experimenting with Tumblr is great, and once you get a hang of it, it becomes a useful tool in your life.

Rising Tensions
People always seem to think they're alone in the world. That they are the only one of their kind. It is true that they are an individual, with unique traits and attributes, but that doesn't mean they are alone. There are millions of people out there! There is at least one who feels what you feel or understands your situation. Even if you don't know who that person is, you're not alone! And don't take the situation your in as a roadblock. Think of it as an obstacle, or a simple bump. If you feel like you're so caged and just can't take it anymore, take a break! Here's a few ideas to get you started.
1. Read a book. Always relaxing, if you prefer reading.
2. Watch TV or something on the Internet.
3. Take a walk.
4. Find a quiet place and allow yourself to have a moment of peace.
5. Do something you like to do! Whether it be exercise, or hanging out, or whatever.
Just remember, time doesn't stop moving just because you had a bad day. There is always tomorrow!

Fashion Tip Of The Day: DIY Clutches!
Most people assume that making clutches are a very complicated process. When in reality, it is one of the easiest things you can make! Below is a picture tutorial on how to make a simple, yet elegant clutch for any occasion. Get yourself some pretty fabrics, buttons, and poster papers. You'll need top stitch thread, x-acto, and tailor's chalk (or a white eyeliner) as well.
Always remember that when you're making your own things, you don't have to follow all the guidelines. If you're looking for a small purse, just follow the general pattern with a smaller piece of fabric/poster paper. You should still have the same overall outcome.
Special tip: This is a very easy way to get creative! Once you're finished with the overall clutch, you can always add on things to make it even better. You can glue on studs, glitter, pearls, necklaces, and much more all depending on your style. I personally love making clutches because you can easily design different looks by just gluing/sowing different materials to it.
Studs are definitely in right now, so instead of buying an expensive studded clutch, wouldn't it be easier to just make your own? and have fun while at it too! :)

Fresh Refrigerated Food Tip
There are many ways to help expand the lifespan of you refrigerated food and put your money spent on groceries to good use. To keep your foods fresher do not start in the actual fridge. Check expiration dates carefully and don’t assume that just because your refrigerator seems cool that the products will last beyond the expiration date. What we don’t think about are the many "UN-cool" moments that our fresh and frozen foods experience from manufacture to our home. Trucks that may not be at the correct temperature, foods sitting on loading docks waiting to be unpacked and even the time that it sits in our own shopping carts and on the way home, can all effect the purity of our foods.
The most important refrigerator and freezer accessory is a thermometer. Refrigerator temperature should be between 38 and 40 degrees and freezers at zero. The doors on your refrigerator and freezer are the most convenient, but also the warmest. Use these shelves for those products that are the least perishable salad dressings, soda, and condiments. Please note that there actually are specific places within your fridge where only certain food belong.
Milk should always be put on a shelf and never on the door.
Eggs should be stored in the container they came in. Never use the plastic egg container that comes with some refrigerators. Eggs need to breathe and the plastic container keeps them from doing so and will cause them to spoil faster. Fresh eggs will last up to three weeks if stored properly.Condiments kept in the fridge will last up to a year, except mayonnaise and that should be kept only for two months. The most dangerous part of condiments is cross contamination. Be sure to always use a clean utensil that has not touched other foods before putting the knife or fork into the jar. With these few tips you will help protect you wallets and you food for the better without a doubt.

Social Research
Sociological experiments could be done many ways including surveys, direct observation, experimentation and using research by other sociologists. Surveys are questionnaires or interviews conducted by sociologists to collect statistics and gather opinions. According to Davi Ngo, direct observation is "a method in which a researcher observes and records behavior / events / activities / tasks / duties while something is happening." Experimentation is the testing of an idea using the same procedures multiple times. Using research by other sociologists can be tricky because you don't know if they were biased or did not account for a variable. Our group is using the method of experimentation for this project. We've been testing how people respond to various groups and posts within social media. We have posted once a day during the week with the same types of categories. Our experiment isn't over and we're curious to see what will happen next.

What are some tips on how to properly introduce yourself to new people?
First off, be yourself. Second, shake their hand while you state your name. After stating your name tell them how it's a pleasure to meet them. Try to learn things about them such as hobbies, interests, extra curricular, etc. -Zane(A.H.)
What causes can continuous stressful situations harm a person? Other than death, what are the most typical cases and how do people deal with that?
Going through continuous stressful situations can result in fatigue which in general could result into many things. Try to avoid being continuously stressed by breathing and focusing on something different. -Zane(A.H.)
Behaving in Society
When in a social situation, whether it be with friends at the bar or just simply walking around the store, remember that you are in public, and should act accordingly. Don't act creepy/weird, because then people will think that you're creepy/weird. Just remember that people are going to be constantly judging you, consciously or unconsciously.

The Positivity Epidemic
It has been shown through sociological interventions, fads, and trends, that people follow people who lead strongly. Whether it be the wave of drug use, terrible fashion statements, or even obesity; you affect your neighbor. So, how is this a tip and not a lecture? Simple. Force positive actions, thoughts, and responses to situations in your life, people will see them, they will follow suite. Be the cause of an unquenchable thirst to be as positive as your neighbor, it'll become an epidemic.
