It seems that we were hinted by a spoiler that the current "human" number of participants is 7 ... more precisely, the "former 7": the figure was indicated and immediately crossed out.

To get out, it's probably enough to know the Name and focus on the thought of getting out. When Pomni says "Caine," a door appears in front of her. I think Caine knows this, but his own "exit" looks like an endless maze of C&A (He trapped, that's why he get macrophoto only with C&A office).

The "EXIT" and "ABSTACTION"

Do they not know their names because your "name" - is the way out? Perhaps Caine was led to believe that he was just a computer... He constantly repeats that he "can't" do certain things, but he does them anyway — and sometimes he doesn't act like a program, but as his "Mind" suggests? "They cut him of?" His body dead?

There seems to be a way out. But to get to it, you need to turn off the C&A system itself and trigger the emergency release of all "Lucid" people. If disabling C&A is not possible directly, the guys will probably have to bring Caine to a "blue screen" state in order to provoke a reboot or crash ...Or maybe even try to destroy him.
