Using magic was banned?? pls elaborate

Uh I mean thats just history! idk how much there is to elaborate on? people more often back in the day started using it for worse and worse things and starting like wars so they basically made using magic illegal. magic still exists i mean nowadays most people are made of it one way or another but the use of like. spells and powers and stuff? nah.

its been so long now we’ve kinda de-evolved in that case. even if a lot of us wanted to use magic we dont really have the natural ability anymore, and learning is way out of the question
