((You've been sending messages like this to some of my friends, just starting a scene in their inbox, and I'm going to give you some hints and tips.
One, check the pinned post of the person you are trying to RP with. In my case, TJ is exclusive with his Bucky, they are married parents to twins. He is also gay. My TJ is unlikely to be hanging around a bar waiting to cheer up heartbroken girls. He's curled up on the couch with Bucky after putting Becca and Tommy to bed. He is also SOBER so VERY unlikely to be hanging out at a bar. "No talk of self-harm/suicide/alcohol/drugs - I'm in recovery."
Two, it's customary and also POLITE to send a DM to plot a story first before just dropping a starter in someone's ask box. Most of us have ongoing stories, something that you would know if you read the pinned post or the rules.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THIS BEAUTIFUL WONDERFUL AMAZING MAN!!!!
TJ snuck out of bed just before the sunrise, tiptoeing through the bedroom and listening to the soft sounds of Bucky's even breaths. He had a lot of plans and needed everyone to stay asleep so he could get everything done.
He made a special breakfast, and ran to get Becca and Tommy from their room as soon as he heard them stirring on the monitor. By the time Bucky woke up, TJ had the coffee brewing, the twins in their highchairs and breakfast on the table, exactly how he wanted it.
Bucky walked into the kitchen and saw the room full of balloons and all his favorite breakfast foods, and his family waiting with smiles.
