We all have the strength to do this within us...it just takes some time to dig down and find it.
Sometimes you just need a place to think...
Always be you...no matter what that means! Being unique is powerful...
Iāve spent the majority of my life planning...and I can truly say that āifā I ended up where I was planning to be Iām not sure if I would have been happy!!!
I always say Iām too busy to notice what was going on around me...always very focused on getting from point āAā to point āB.ā Recently I started something different, Iām moving slower and taking my time and actually seeing different things. Not all of my new discoveries are earth shattering but instead subtle signs that the season is changing, the days are getting longer and my neighbor finally fixed his fence after many years. I believe the universe is slowing me down on purpose and Iām embracing the messages I see and looking forward to discovering what they mean and where it all leads!
This seems so silly doesnāt it...but we all do it! Change is hard but sometimes itās what stands between you and happiness!
Sounds about right...
Life changes you...there are no two ways around it. There are people that have gone though a hell of allot more than I ever will but in the end no matter what each person goes though they are changed.
Nothing makes me happier than the roar of the ocean waves, the smell of saltwater and the solitude of being the only person on the beach!
All I wanted to do when I was younger was get a job and grow up...how much easier that sounded back then. Get up, go to work and pay bills...it was so much better than sitting in a boring class listening to some stupid professor.
Boy was I wrong...being an adult sucks. Yup I said it but I canāt go back now so I soldier on and put one step in front of the other each and every day! Some days the slope is steeper than others...
Change is hard but sometimes itās necessary in order to thrive and move ahead.
My late 20ās and early 30ās were filled with so much pain, thinking back I didnāt think I would make it through another day. In an effort not to burden anyone else I kept most of that pain inside and learned to deal with it as I tried to move forward. I look back now at who I was then and all the lessons I learned not only about about myself but about others as well. I can honestly say those situations are what made me...āmeā and I have no regrets or wish my past was any different. My past has made me more intuitive and empathetic and there is a comraderie in knowing that others may also have a painful past or have things they are going through right now...everybody is going through something.
Itās described as whimsical and magical...no surprise this is my FAVORITE WORD!
The tranquility of fresh fallen snow...
Ignore that feeling in your stomach that tells you something is just not right...no way!!! My āgutā never lets me down.
Sometimes I snap forever and look at each of them until that little voice inside my head says āthis is it.ā The color of the sky with the fluffy clouds against the linear buildings made this one a keeper.
