(Some sort of wayward humanoid bird-thing fell out of a vent yesterday, after weeks of mysterious activity in the jeffries tubes, with internal sensors picking up an unidentifiable alien presence - well, almost unidentifiable. the sensors seem to try to identify him as human, then change their minds and spazz out.)

(The stowaway has turned out to be a small, strange boy. His feathers resemble a blue jay's, and he's quite covered in them - wings, a long cattish tail with almost raptor-like ruffs of feathers near the base & tip, and little layers of fluffy down all over his body.)

(...He's also got massive ears, tall and pointed like a cat's. One of them can't even hold up it's own weight, so he's got a floppy ear. His fingertips are clawed and he's got weird digitigrade legs with freaky spindly little bird feet.)

(For now, he's being held in Sick Bay until Dr. T'ana can figure out what his deal is. He seems to find her usual antics genuinely hilarious.)

[T'lyn has had a...long day, and an irritating evening spent cleaning her quarters of many handprints of an unknown substance. When she has finished, illogically, she considers it worthy of a short break from such frustrations, she considers, and eventually acts on trying the sweet--illogically so, food that an ensign had previously recommended to her.]

[Unfortunately, T'lyn finds after she had finished her...albeit large portion that red velvet cake does in fact contain chocolate. In this state, T'lyn's most logical plan of action is finding the ensign, or anyone who will listen, and informing them of such.]

guinea pigs are cute! I'm more of a hamster guy myself, i've always wanted one growing up..

Hopefully i can find a pet bird or hamster somwhow in space.. i don't trust tendi replicating one..
