When I was just getting into micro/macro online back in the day (~25+ years ago, I'm old) I also found that it was almost entirely highly fetishized material, with almost no space allowed for non-fetish work. If the woman was giant, she was rarely complex or humanized at all, and if the male was giant, they could be afforded some more complexity but the woman, again, was more a prop than a person. It took me years to find any spaces that had better female representation, basically the forums and pages that were open to having women be creators on their own terms without judgement or criticism, and then it was only 2022 that I found specifically the g/t community.

It's meant a lot to see a much wider lens of g/t and size difference art and writing after so long, and I'm glad people have enjoyed what I've been able to contribute to it as well :)

Terrible idea: Big ah siren that was following a fancy ship with the intent of getting a meal, but gets enamored with a rich woman a ship

Everytime the siren goes up to attack or lure one of the passengers, she sees the woman and hides under the water because she gets flustered

The rich woman knows, and purposely hangs out by the railing in seductive poses

The ship made it to the dock unscathed, and the siren got no meal 😢

The siren swam back to her nest to lowkey cry because she didn't get the beautiful woman or any food

A few days later the siren was swimming around looking for a shark to eat when the beautiful woman was out on a small fishing boat, in the middle of the ocean, directly above the siren

It took about an hour of luring the siren up to the surface, and about three bags of sushi

Y'know how sometimes the mc will save a fox or something, and it turns out to be a magical person?

Imagine a gardener finding a small snake (idk like finger sized) in her garden, but she just gives it some food and continues on with her gardening.

Weeks go by and the snake becomes more docile and stuff. The gardener's boyfriend comes to visit her after a trip or something and treats her terribly.

The snake attacks the boyfriend, bites him, and it turns out that it was the most venomous snake ever in the country 😨

It starts doing this magical transformation, and it becomes this naga that's genuinely just the same size as before.

Now gardener has a small naga that brings her dead birds and cuddles her because they claimed her as their mate.

(That's more then what the boyfriend did lmao)

I think it'd be really cute if there was this big ah mermaid who got infatuated with human that frequented the shores of this pond

But since the mermaid lives in a pond, she's isolated from the other merfolk. That made her really timid and a little oblivious to courting 😢

So whenever the human appeared, the mermaid would swim down to her nest, pick a treasure, swim up, throw it at the human, then swim away to hide in her nest.

This would happen until the human was forced to ask her to stop because they couldn't fit it in their closet anymore.

The mermaid slowly floated up to the surface, beginning to tear up because her human rejected the gift (think of a sad puppy)

The human would obviously begin to panic because this huge mermaid was beginning to cry, and offered to trade things instead

So then the human and mermaid met up every few days to eat some fish and talk (..not really talking though, because the mermaid just stared at the human and nodded..)

She knows how to knit now 🥹

I think it'd be so cute if a if there was a harpy delivery service, and helpful in winter. In small mountain villages, the harpies could deliver messages and letters from one town to another. Their fluff would keep them warm while flying, plus they could easily carry humans on their back.

Like imagine waking up, opening your door, and seeing your package on the doorstep with a big feathery face behind it. Make sure to give your local harpy some bread though, they really appreciate it 🥺

I cannot get over this because giants would have a higher internal tempature, so any cold animals and stuff would gravitate to the giant if it's cold
