The Gooseberry Fool prefers to make its nest in a wide-mouthed dessert glass, as its young will slide down the sides if they attempt to escape. The Goslingberries inside will spend their first several weeks safely nestled in layers of fluffy whipped cream.

hi this is my original species ive been working on since i was ~9

they're silly critters who live in space, on comets and meteors and space junk. they are made out of magic, and they can eat anything, it is converted to magic. they can survive in any environment too, so they could inhabit any planet if they wanted to settle down!

they dont have bones or organs, just sacs of concentrated magic, which are almost impossible to rupture (can be done with powerful magic) the strongest being their tail sac, which is always visible.

anyone can make one!! in fact i am begging you to they mean so much to me (please show me if you do i would love to see)

Not 100% sure if this design is final but I kind of made this guy I hope he fits your species' specifications. He has lore and it's sad, sory

When Vivo was young, his fur was a vibrant golden brown and his magic sacs glowed red and orange from powerful heat magic. He was blazing fast, with a brilliant mind but a gentle heart.

Sadly, he was captured by a wicked magician and kept as a specimen. Abused and isolated during the imprisonment, his sense of self slowly burnt out until his soul was damaged beyond repair. Once he was close enough to death to trigger revivification, his chest sac burst, and his soul released. Vivo revived alone, the magician nowhere in sight.

Though Vivo's spirit was renewed, losing his heart had caused the majority of Vivo's heat magic to dissipate, causing an endothermic reaction ... tl;dr in other words, his hot magic became cool. His golden fur dulled, and his red/orange antennae and whiskers chilled to blue. The double-helix tail sac contains about 90% of his remaining magic, along with all of what's left of his heat powers. However, what little magic remains is weak and quickly exhausts his strength to use.

Now older and happy to lead a quiet life, Vivo specializes in comfort and hospitality: a hot drink for a cold day and a cold one for a hot one.
