I'd recommend using this without any other accessories, as accessories share a common texture size. Meaning that applying for example glasses would half the hat's texture size and vice versa, which would be pretty apparent as it's not a small item.

Texture looks a bit eh in CAS, but is better in Live Mode.

I built this for the second request on my list. I would have tagged the person who asked for it, but they messaged me on Anonymous. Whoever you are, I hope you find this!

The three bedrooms for eight Sims are on the main level. It is a very tight squeeze and the single bathroom of the original plan could be problematic, so I added a potential extra bedroom and a second bathroom in the basement.

In trying to be consistent with the midcentury modern style, I used a LOT of custom content in this lot. I’m pretty sure I linked everything, but let me know if it looks like I missed something. To make it a bit easier to sift through, I’ve first listed the build content used on the exterior, followed by the interior items by Awesims, then lastly the interior items from other creators.
