that comic is just vibes and not (consciously) based on any particular meme, so sorry but I can't tell what you're actually referring to. The dialogue is all regular talk I think.

I will admit that I do not actually know what "deck(ing) the halls" means, just based on context clues I can tell that it has smth to do with christmas, I figured it just means decorating, but I'll have to look it up.
