Level 9163 seems to ba an abandoned hospital. Many rooms have been found with electrical boxes, and toilets, this level seems to have a thing with toilets and electrical wires. The spray painted messages seem to be from the level, or between wanderers, spray paint is also the only form of communication, as spray paint is the only thing the level doesn't fix.
Some people have reported working toilets, but after flushing, the toilet absorbs the wanderer flushing it. Some of the toilets are also entities, and by just sitting on them, they will eat the wanderer. The toilet entity is only active on level 9163. M.E.G. is researching these properties.
Wanderers that visit this level feel like they remember it, like they were born here. Others fear it, Like they were born here, and even less have an extreme connection, like they were born and died here. Outside any window is too dark to see, and if you break a window and go through it, or go through an already broken window, you will be sent to the void
Common places to find almond water are in toilets, sinks, IV bags, and any other form of Liquid, even drinking liquid pain here has the effects of Almond Water, and almond water here, and this is a level that will cure anything. Jave the disease? Go here and sleep in a medical bed, and you will be cured! Turning into a wretch? Sleep! Need sleep? SLEEP!
The only documented entities are Toilets, which come in 2 types.
1. Sitter - Sitter type will eat you as soon as you sit on it.
2. Flusher - This type will eat the wanderer who flushed it.
However, after leaving this level, the toilet will not do anything, and if it was full on level 9163, then when flushing, it will refill itself, and I acts as great protection, if you can get past the terrible smell. If you don't flush the toilet, and there are other contents in it, the smell will become so overpowering, that entities on level RUN leave you alone. Although, you don't get any sleep, so don't use it as protections for too long.
There are 2 entrances to this level, one is by sitting on a toilet in any office, and falling asleep on it, the other is by smashing a toilet, then sleeping within 15 feet of the toilet
You can exit by being eaten by a toilet, but nobody knows where you go, it is suspected you go to the void. Another option is sleeping without sickness, or the need for curing, you will be sent to either level 26, or 27
The only other way to exit is by going through a window, which as mentioned earlier, you will be sent to he void by using that method.
