I know that comics are completely valid on their own but in a perfect world they’d already be working on an animated adaptation of the Return like DC does for their storylines

Everyone was acting like The Return was BOOM's response to The Last Ronin; if so, where are The Return's video game and film adaptations?????????

So none of my friends are into power rangers like I am and nor do I have a place where I can express my excitement over The Return so please bare with me.

THIS SERIES IS LIKE A DREAM FANFICTION BUT IT'S CANON IN ITS OWN WAY SO IT'S EVEN BETTER! We as a fandom are so lucky! Not everybody gets to see their favourite ship come alive this way and AJJ will forever have a special place in my heart for this. Who would have thought years later we would actually get to see a universe where Tommy and Kim became an endgame! I just wish JDF was alive to see this :')

I'm so excited for the final issue! It's probably just wishful thinking but I really hope that Tommy turns out to be alive? My Tomberly heart would finally be content.

It is definitely so crazy!!! Honestly I always kind of figured one day SOME section of the franchise would allow for a married Tomberly but what's so crazy about this is it was delivered by Amy Jo Johnson herself. It's a very special book and I'm happy it's been such a success!

Amy has said on social media that even though JDF isn't here to see it officially come out now, he was aware of the project and 100% supportive of it (she's been working on this since 2019). So it still has his seal of approval 💕

As for Tommy, I'm trying not to get too attached to any one outcome because anything could still happen at this point, but I do think it's not as simple as "he's 100% dead and that's it." The fact that Rita got his attention before doing her magic seems to indicate there's still more to his fate than what everyone thinks
