Considering Yukari and you as still alive, and seeing that you seem very close to the Teshigawara from tumblr, would you rather choose Yukari or Naoya?

In a romantic sense, I would choose Yukari. Teshigawara and I are simply friends.

But if you mean whose life would I save, then I don't think I can give you an answer. No one should have to make a decision such as that.

Why did you got mad exactly? I mean... I first thought that your madness was due to your fall, your head was hurt or something like that. Or even without this accident, would you have reacted this way?

Everything became clear to me after Teshigawara attempted to take my life. He considered me a friend, but he would've killed me to stop all the deaths in our class. I felt it was my duty to avenge my friends and kill the dead one. While my head injury may have played a part in my muddled thinking, I doubt there would've been too much of a difference. Perhaps I would've been a bit more discreet in trying to kill the dead one.

Smiling, he carefully closed his sketchbook. He did not really expect someone to be up, let alone a classmate on their first day of summer break. He was glad it was Kazami, though, even if they didn’t know each other that much. 

Thinking about it, Yuuya didn’t know much about Kazami himself. They mostly knew each other because of their friend, Teshigawara. 

“Kazami! What are you doing here- I mean, so early?”

It hadn’t occurred to Kazami that his other classmates were probably still sleeping. He had no doubt in his mind that Teshigawara was still sleeping. Knowing him, he wouldn’t be awake until the afternoon. And when he did wake up, he’d probably think he was late for school and run as fast as he could to get there.

“I’m still on my school sleeping schedule, I suppose. I’ve never really been one to sleep the day away in the first place. What about you? Are you taking advantage of the peace and quiet to complete a few drawings?”

Yuuya nodded, smiling softly. ”Yeah… well, actually, I forgot school was over and woke up this morning…” He chuckles awkwardly while looking up, shielding his eyes from the sun with his hand. 

”Were you going somewhere..?”

"Nowhere in particular. I just felt like taking a walk. It gives me time to think and sometimes it's nice being alone." Kazami tried not to give off the impression that he didn't want Yuuya there. Despite not knowing him too well, Kazami respected Mochizuki's kind soul.

"So what are you drawing?" Kazami asked this with genuine curiosity.

Quiet morning

Yuuya woke up to his alarm clock, sat on his bed, yawned and stretched a little. Closing it, he stood up and walked to his closet, picked some clothes and got dressed. While walking downstairs, he suddenly stopped. Wait, there was no school today, what was he doing? 

Sighing, he looked outside. He could be so absent-minded sometimes. Oh well, he was up anyway, and it was warm outside. He grabbed his sketchbook and his small paint kit and left the house. 

He soon reached the town’s park, sat under a tree and opened his sketchbook. It was so quiet, everyone was obviously enjoying their first day of summer break in their bed. He started doodling something, then stopped, hearing someone’s footsteps. Curious, he glanced at the park’s path and smiled at the sight a familiar face.

Kazami had decided to go for a refreshing walk in the park. It was a bit nice to have a break from his schoolwork. As he strolled along the path, he spotted his classmate Yuuya happily drawing in his sketchbook. It had been a while since Kazami had talked with Yuuya. He decided to approach him. As he did, Yuuya looked up at him and smiled. Kazami raised his hand as to acknowledge he had seen Mochizuki.

“Hello, Mochizuki,” he called out to him as he gradually got closer to the tree.
