Kalayaan

Lahat tayo ay may karapatang magmahal ng malaya. Ngunit totoo nga ba ito? O ilusyon lamang? Ang daming idinidikta ng lipunan. Ibigin mo ang taong kapareho mo ng paniniwala. Graduate muna bago pag-ibig. Ibigin mo ang taong kapareho mo ng antas sa buhay. Wag kang iibig sa taong mas bata/mas matanda sa iyo. At marami pang iba... Akala ko, ang pag-ibig ay isang pangyayari na dapat ipagdiwang. Subalit malupit ang lipunan. Mapaglaro ang tadhana. Madaming limitasyon pagdating sa pag-ibig. Asan ang kalayaan?

When there are lots of people looking at your life, the pressure is really high. One mistake and people will talk. One wrong move and you’ll lose something or someone valuable. One wrong step and you’ll slip and fall. At this point, I don’t want the pressure. I want to escape, to disappear, to just be nobody and be invisible to everyone. But that is close to impossible. Maybe all I need is to be out for a while, to just be with myself and compose myself so that I could face the world with a big smile.
