Swans And I Dream
Over the past few years Tony McGee has been energetically documenting the mute swan on different worldwide locations. This striking collection of work has formed the inauguration of a project named, ‘Swans And I Dream’. Swans And I Dream, is a book due to be launched mid September 2012, and contains photographs of this prominent creature lit only by moonlight.
The images created by this magical light allow the onlooker to view the photographs almost in a dream like sense, as the animals are so virtuous and undeterred. As the photographer he wanted to capture the form of the swan and highlight the sheer splendor in this one bird, which he has done so in the most astonishing way.
