Sea Monster attacks Oxford

One of my friends suggested that the good citizens of Oxford might be somewhat complacent as to the danger of sea monsters, it being so far inland, so I felt it appropriate to provide a cartoon for Caption  remind them that marine menaces are not just confined to the briny depths of the deep dark oceans but emerge where least expected to make punting perilous!

Ship in a bottle

In August it’s Caption 2016 Oxfords comic convention. The theme is pirates and I’m doing a talk/quiz on Marine Monsters, so I did this illo of a pirate ship in a bottle being gloated over by a Sea Monster
