Hello. I'm just wondering about the responses regarding the witch's viral post. While X seems to show majority of the support for her, which is very irritating, there is not much news coverage over it. And for the few that was covered, there hasn't been much public response to it, with the majority of those seeming to call her and them out. Is her media buddies biding their time to spread the report to make it more favorable to her or are they aware of what the public really think about her overall outside of social media?
And another thing. I saw the viewers' reposnses and most of it was luckily calling for justice and saying the system is corrupt 😒🙄, but luckily it doesn't look like there isn't much threats to the judge other than asking the judge to be removed. While seeing all of this, all I can think about is, are they even aware of how the justice system work? Like for a trial to be set up, the accused can be placed under house arrest if there is not much evidence to hold him or her. All I could think about is that, her followers really need to study their judicial system, and stop blaming the judge for it, because she is actually being fair and neutral by following the process. At this point, they're just being played by the bitch, and I can't help but partly blame them on their ignorance, which she is taking advantage of. Hopefully, the judicial system from the police to the judges doesn't fall to the media pressure that she set up, and can actually proceed to a very long overdue trial. I also hope that the police set up protection for the judge so that she won't be threatened and harassed by Satan and her followers. This might sound cruel, but I'm kinda hoping that her attacker can be placed under house arrest so that he would be able to get his due date in court, and she can try to get the justice she wants. We can only wait and see what happens next.
Also, I saw an article about it and it got me confused. Maybe you can explain what they are basically saying. Are they saying that the judicial system did not plan to get him out at all? I hope it's not them getting into the media pressure that she put on them. Here's the link:

Hey babes, so I think what people should understand is that the justice system in Mexico isn't exactly the same as the system in the US. Often times justice is meted out very slowly, unequally, and in some cases, not at all. From what I've understood from my godfather who was in the FBI/DEA, it's not always the result of a corrupt system, as Elena claims. As with any case, witnesses get scared and change their story, or refuse to testify. Or, as is the case in the US, they're often reluctant to come forward.
I don't know if the judge can receive protection without being threatened first, but let's hope it doesn't come to that!

As far as the media goes, it's my understanding that outside of socials, Elena gets little to no support at all. Despite being paraded around concerts like a trophy of brave Mexican women, not a lot of people care about her and are as exhausted with her bullshit as we are. Any media coverage she gets is probably from the group of journalists she was pictured with, and it hasn't really helped her that much.
I feel like her followers are local activists that blindly follow her lead without truly knowing who she is. She's been held up in social circles as a media darling -- portrayed as just a young, innocent girl who was taken advantage of by a married man with power and then attacked for breaking up with him. Let's be real here...the chances of Elena being taken advantage of are slim, as evidenced by the way she pursued Tenoch.

The judge has not said she would release VC. She has not indicated she's interested in doing such a thing, and the courts have not hinted that she will do this. The judge has a history of releasing defendants on house arrest, BUT SHE HAS NOT INDICATED SHE WOULD DO SO IN THIS CASE.
Yesterday was sort of a preliminary thing, no judgments or decisions were made. She only heard motions from the defense. But, as she is wont to do, Elena immediately cried wolf. She has no physical evidence VC ordered the attack, only the word of the men who attacked her, so she's going to do everything she can to delay a trial. Nothing has happened, and nothing improper has occurred. Just Elena being Elena.
