Tbh I’d rather have my period now anyways, since I was originally supposed to get it on my bday.

Of course when I start to lose weight I get my period. Scale says I’m back up two pounds 🥴 it’s bloating but i feel so bummed about it. Maybe if I restrict more the next few days I’ll drop a ton by my birthday.

I turn 23 on Saturday 😵‍💫 idk how I should go about calories lol

On one hand I have plans to drink so I feel like I should restrict harsher this week, but on the other hand, I’m making good, slow process and don’t wanna fuck it up. I also don’t want to count on Saturday, but also I really just haven’t been in an overeating mood for the most part so I think I can trust my body to do it’s thing and not eat too much? Idk
