Ahhhh!

I don’t know about you but, these shirts are the cutest things ever! Each one was hand drawn and painted by me and a friend. How long did it take? I’d say +15 hours of my life. Now why would I spend my precious time making all of these? They were for a leadership conference I had attended. This was a way to show my team’s spirit with individualized dinosaurs that matched their personalities.

Here are the materials I have used:

Tulip Electric Neons Dye Kit  (purchased from Michael’s)

Permanent marker/sharpies

Sponge Brushes (Dollar Store)

  With all of these materials I have made over 20 shirts with leftover dye. The best part is that all the painting materials were less than $10! The shirts were provided by each individual at their own cost. So to add it all up it was roughly $5-$8 per person for awesome personalized shirts.

The next time you need shirts for a team and have some free time on your hands, do them yourself. This is a fun project for the team to bond or express their ideas of how they want to be personalized. I found myself having a blast but inhaling that much sharpie can’t be good. Express that creativity and make what you want!

Sun-kissed Tropical Nails

I have another nail design inspired by summer. Although Spring is just around the corner, I felt it was time to bring in the sunshine with these bright nails. Best part is, no materials needed to recreate this design. Although you may choose to use a toothpick to draw on the details but I just used a striper.
