eating less isn't just about looks to me, yes of course i want to lose as much weight as possible but at the same time it feels good.

That feeling in your stomach when your empty, it feels like you've accomplished something, but as soon as you shove something down your throat you suddenly feel guilty, like all of that fasting went to waste.
