Do you only make the white/grey and yellow/pink moths? Or do you make moths in other colors as well? I’ve been looking for a moth plushie, and I’m just curious of the color choices of the plushies you make.

Hi! I've made black and white moths with crescent moons on the wings, bright blue and purple moths with yellow stars on their wings, and pastel colored moths (blue, purple, green, pink).

I currently don't have my shop open or have any plans at the moment on when to reopen. I have a full time job now that I enjoy, and I don't want to add stress by trying to take on Etsy stuff again at the same time. If I come into a slower season of life, I may open my shop again. I'm not sure about the timing right now.

I've been slowly working on the moth pattern, and I've made a few moths along the way! So... I'm having a small moth shop update in my Etsy shop this Friday June 4th at 5 PM CST! There will be 4 gray moths and at least 1 rosy maple moth, but I'm hoping to get 2 more rosy maples done before then. 💖

Hi! I'm not sure when I'll have the time to do another restock of any plushies at the moment. I am currently working on the moth pattern (which includes the rosy maple moths!) whenever I have time. It's been a very, very busy time for me lately! Just keep checking my Tumblr from time to time. I'll definitely post and give a heads up on a date and time for moth or other plushie restocks. 💖

Also that is so sweet that your daughter loves my rosy maple moths! I'll for sure make more, but I'm just not sure when at the moment. I hope you have a good rest of your day! 😊

Hi, it's me again. I just wanted to know where I should go to get my fabrics? There aren't many stores around where I live, and it'd be great to know! Thanks for responding to my last question!

I get my cotton print fabrics at Joanns, Hobby Lobby, or Walmarts with a craft section (in US). I get my minky, wool felt, and fur fabrics online at fabric.com and Etsy shops like Caliquiltco and TheFeltPod. Etsy really has some hidden gems for finding nice fabric worldwide!

Hello! I've been learning to make plushies and stuffed animals recently, and I wanted to know if you had any tips on it? Thanks if you answer!

Hello hello!! When I started learning to sew stuffed animals, I followed LOTS of YouTube videos and step by step patterns on Deviantart (I am a visual learner for sure!). I used felt and fleece to start with. Those materials are probably the easiest to work with! Then I moved to minky and fur fabric when I felt ready. Fur fabrics are a bit difficult to work with at first because they tend to slip around, even when pinned.

Another tip is to make stuffed animals because it can be so fun! Make them as gifts to others or yourself. Make every stitch with joy. 💖 I promise you will get better with much practice (and perhaps some experimentation!) with time.

Yes, I'll do moths when I can! I'm going to be very busy for the next few weeks, but hopefully this summer I'll have more time to make moths and pattern instructions for the moth pattern! I'll post about a week in advance about a moth restock when I'm ready, so keep an eye out 💖

Small shop restock this Friday, March 26 at 5 PM CST! Two opossums, two roosters, and one owl will be in my Etsy shop this Friday. So glad I got the time to make more of the opossums! They are quite fun to make 😄💖

Hello, friends! I'm trying something a little new! This is the first set of pattern instructions I've ever made, but I'm excited to share that it's up and ready for download in my new Etsy shop, TooStuffedPatterns! I made a separate Etsy shop just in case this goes down in flames 😬 If all goes well, I'm planning on making a moth pattern next! I'll still be making plushies, of course, but I just wanted to try this pattern thing out. I have LOVED seeing what the pattern testers made, and I can't wait to see how creative all those who use the pattern are 😍💖
