I am someone who gets so tired of chicken breasts. Recently came across a post for "hasselback" variants. Sliced pockets down the breast. Breaded with seasoned crumbs. Filled each pocket with shredded cheese and some on top for good measure. Baked and then air-fry finished. Drizzled with barbecue sauce.
