Tori & Isak || Of Ice Cream and First Encounters
"That’s a very good thing" Isak chuckled. "I know, I’ve heard some stories about him from some of my friends. I only came here because only you were free and I didn’t want to run into him, to be honest. That sounds refreshing though" he joked.
Isak turned his attention back to Tori one he finished naming the people he met out in the beach. He had a lot of free time to spend at the beach, and if there was one useful thing his father taught him was to always try to meet people and try to network. “Maybe you’re right. I just enjoy meeting people and knowing their stories” he said with a small shrug. “I’m willing to accept that.” he chuckled.
"Maxie's already got campfire stories about him?" Tori questions, amused. "Oh, please tell. Although I hope you weren't planning on using me as a human shield against him; I'd probably slip away." She grins.
"Not a bad trait at all." Tori nods appreciatively, almost jokingly. "I mean, the people I usually meet are within the fourteen and under age range, so their stories are usually two sentences long and contain candy, so I can't quite relate to you." She starts to shift into a more comfortable position herself, propping her elbows on the table - looks like she would be on break for a while, and she definitely wasn't complaining. "Oh, are you? Just letting you know, we're not responsible for any damages that happen afterwards."
