i wanna contest some of these. a mullet is defined by having short hair at the front and sides and long hair at the back. harold, mike, ezekiel, gerry and noah clearly fit this description. HOWEVER

jacques has long hair on the sides, clearly visible when his hair is down. additionally, with his hair up he still has long hair on the sides, it’s just styled to sweep back over his ears. not a mullet

alejandro also has long hair on the sides, as seen in the very photo you posted. not a mullet

rock’s hair is tucked behind his ears, and if it wasn’t it’d be just as long on the sides as on the back. not a mullet

chris may be a little debatable, however a side view will reveal that his hair is the same length on the sides as on the back. not a mullet

i could take or leave trent. i can easily see the argument that he has a mullet, however id like to point out that his ear is half-covered by his hair, therefore indicating that he has long hair there. the hair at the nape of his neck is indeed mullet-like, however id like to propose that he has a 2010s scene kid haircut and we should crucify him for that instead

i dont believe it was the designer’s intention to give sam a mullet, he was probably just meant to have slightly overgrown hair. personally i dont believe he has a mullet, but i concede that his haircut has all the characteristics of one. so we can tentatively rule that this has 90% chance of being a mullet

Ok I disagree with 1!: I actually ship Scotney

With 29 : he’s one of my favorite characters

and with 30: Duncan has a beautiful singing voice and hey they could have at least used his character on different way making him fight like crazy with Courtney and actually break up with her before Gwuancan becomes a thing.

Because yes, I totally like them being a thing.

Anyway to add on to that :

32. Making the other characters treat Sierra’s stalkerish tendencies like they treated Cody’s on season one when everyone can see that she is clearly way more stalkerish and creepy than he was. I mean seriously : at least Cody never followed Gwen into her house to take a photo of her showering or tried to give her a fot massage while she slept or became so clingy with her that he only left her alone when she had to go to the bathroom.

33. Literally paralysing Scott and Alejandro (in Scott’s case he was LAUGHED at for his condition by all his teammates/fellow campers…) because that’s a deserving punishment for two contestants on a game show who played a bit dirty

34. Having Gwen go from being upset about Heather kissing Trent (rightfully so!!) And then kissing Duncan while he was dating Courtney (this was retconned by saying they weren’t dating at the time in TDAS but there’s so much to say about that… which is another writing flaw lmao) and her realising she did wrong but doesn’t apologise for it anyway (until TDAS but boy I LOVE Gwen but it doesn’t sit with me how she ends her apologies in TDAS with “even tho I technically did nothing wrong:(”

35. Being culturally insensitive (if u know u know)

36. Having LeShawna, one of the (if not the most) loveliest and friendliest people on the show, randomly physically attack Heather (Heather barely said anything to provoke her). Like LeShawna is anything but offensive and I GET that Alejandro got in her head but I will REFUSE to believe that LeShawna hitting Heather was anything but out of character. LeShawna would never do that in TDI and TDA

Chris: Welcome to Total Drama Volcano! I’m your host l, Chris McLean, coming at you with the hottest season of Total Drama ever!! Hah-ha!

[The shot pans outward to reveal that Chris is standing in front of an active volcano]

Chris: Now that the producers dropped our TV-Y7 rating, we are able to do more stunts, more trauma, and you guessed it- more drama!

[Chris smiles at the camera evilly as he segways into the the exposition portion]

Contestants from the recent seasons will be duking it out, and the last one to be eliminated after a series of gruesome challenges will remain…and win….one…dollar!!! And here they come now!

Chris: The lovable ladies man, Cody!

[Cody is shot out of a cannon far away, and lands in the volcanic dirt in front of Chris]

Cody: “ouchie-wowchie!”

[Mike shoots out of a cannon]

*Noah, being shot out of a cannon*: “I CRAVE DEAAAAAAAAAAATH”

Chris: Alejandro, the real ladies man!

[Alejandro is shot out of a canon, but doesn’t land on the ground. He is so gorgeous that he is picked up by eagles as stereotypical Mexican music plays. He lands softly on the ground]

Chris: “Scott! The dirt farmer!!!”

[Scott is shot out of a cannon, but lands on a sharp rock and breaks his neck]

Chris: “First elimination of the season!!”

*everyone else looks at him, shocked*

Chris: “I’m completely numb! Anyway, next up, Zoey!”

[Zoey is shot out and almost falls, but mike catches her]

(Writers note: this is symbolic of the tragic fall zoey has, and that she will die later on, but unlike this scene, Mike won’t be able to catch or protect her.)

Chris: “you’re up Heather!”

*Heather as she’s being shot from the cannon*: “I HOPE IM WELL WRITTEN THIS SEASOOOOOOOOON”

“Duncan!”

[Duncan is not shot out of the cannon, but comes into frame on a flaming motorcycle, showing the audience in a subtle way how much of a bad boy he is]

“CIT, Courtney!”

[Courtney lands on Duncan because they are meant for each other]

“Loner rebel, Gwen!”

[Gwen lands on Courtney. Everything is awkward]
