Keep busy at something. A busy person never has time to be unhappy. Mom and I are glad that we have the opportunity to occupy our hands with knitting. I’m not sure if it’s possible to find and buy yarn somewhere in Ukraine, so we use our small stocks🙄

First pillow finished. Love these fresh colours :)

Here is my latest hot of the hook crochet, a granny square (or triangle) shawl.

My lovely son took me to Broadstairs about three weeks ago & I froze. When I got home I was determined never to freeze on a beach again so I pulled out my Stylecraft double knit stash and this granny shawl was born. I just love the little flower edging. I was pleasantly surprised to note the vintage colour look too, this did not start out deliberate.
