Hoke Residence, Portland, OR by Skylab Architecture

The Hoke House is a project by Skylab Achitecture. The house is located in Portland and it is really beautiful. I remember that the house was something that really got my attention while watching the movie. The mix of concrete, wood and wide glass windows creates a very elegant house which interacts its surrounding nature. The interiors filled with bright and clean elements are also very unique and beautiful, for sure another architecture’s master piece.

This dilapidated house in central Barcelona was restored by its architect owner to nothing short of amazing! Instead of ripping out the original features she chose to keep and integrate them into her contemporary vision. You must check out the rest of the house. Pure genius.

Deceptively simple | Wienberg Architects

Step inside this black clad house designed by Danish firm Wienberg Architects and you enter a still world, a series of spaces that are calm and zen like. A carefully curated collection of colour and materials, black and white, concrete and wood veneer, strokes the senses. Soft and hard, warm and stark. Beautiful details only emphasis the simplicity.
